Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

The processing time for customer orders is 1-3 business days. The processing time for Wholesale “Tea Box” orders is 2-5 business days. These processing times may vary during peak seasons and are not guaranteed.

 

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide (with the exception of Mainland China). We ship via Canada Post, USPS and UPS Express. All items are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. Shipping time in transits provided at checkout are estimates only. Actual time in transit will vary depending on shipping address and time of year.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited Canada.

Items shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Bare English & Co..

IMPORTANT NOTE when choosing UPS - Please provide a street address. UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. Orders will be delivered on a business day, Monday through Friday. There is no Saturday or Sunday delivery.

 

WHOLESALE ORDERS

ALL wholesale orders are shipped via UPS Express. If another shipping option is selected at checkout You will be contacted via the email address provided.
